Booking Policy
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. DEPOSITS ARE CREDITED TOWARDS SERVICE (S) IF BOOKED. REMAINING BALANCE MUST BE PAID ON THE DAY OF YOUR FIRST SERVICE. PAYMENT PLANS ARE OFFERED THROUGH CHERRY AND AFTERPAY. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Rescheduling: If you would like to reschedule your appointment for another date, we require a 24-hour notice to reschedule without losing your deposit.
Late Fee: We have a grace period of 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled.
Same-day cancellation or a no call/no show: New patients: Your deposit will be forfeited. Existing patients: You will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.
Consultations: $50.00 fee is credited towards your service of choice & only valid for 30 days.
Body Treatments
Each session is 45-90 minutes in total. This includes setting up, undressing and assistance with garments. Pictures are taken prior to all treatments to follow up with each client’s progress. All packages must be used within 6 months of the date of purchase.
Location
Our studio is located in a separate facility behind 4231 McHoward Rd, North Chesterfield, VA 23237. Please pull into the driveway and come to the rear of the home. Hourglass Bodies LLC studio will be facing you.
Extra Guests
Additional guests including children and pets are not allowed to accompany you at the studio. Please come alone.
Health Conditions
Due to current conditions upon entering Hourglass Bodies facility you are required to wear a mask during treatment and until exiting the building. If you are currently sick we ask you to reschedule your appointment. If you have been in recent contact with someone who is sick, we ask you to reschedule your appointment. If under medical supervision for conditions such as uncontrolled high blood pressure, or diabetes, it is recommended that you consult your physician before booking any of our sessions. Body treatments are not advised for pregnant or breast-feeding women.
